Arriving by car

Current information on the traffic situation in South Tyrol is available from the traffic reporting center on tel. +39 0471 200 198 or online.

Anyone driving from the north on the Brenner motorway to South Tyrol needs a vignette for the section in Austria.

The Italian highways are chargeable. You can purchase a Telepass from the private provider Tolltickets and thus avoid waiting times at the toll stations.

Arrival by bus

From Munich: Meraner Land Express
Every Wednesday and Saturday from the bus transfer from Munich central bus station (ZOB) to Merano and shuttle service to the holiday accommodation and back.
